Molly Froschauer is the General Manager of CMA Adjustments. She received her J.D. cum laude from Pepperdine University and her Bachelors from Claremont McKenna College. Before joining CMA, her practice was centered around bankruptcy and other out-of-court debt issues. She’s a member of the Bankruptcy Inn of Court, Los Angeles Bankruptcy Forum, and the Turnaround Management Association. In her spare time, she plays Jeopardy and lives in Venice Beach, CA
Charles G. Klaus
Mr. Klaus serves as a Manager for Business Development for the Adjustment Bureau from offices in Orange County. He has been employed by Credit Management Association for more than 15 years. As an Estates Manager, Mr. Klaus supervised the administration and liquidation public and private companies in all types of industries under general assignments for the benefit of creditors. Mr. Klaus is a certified auctioneer and has extensive experience in the marketing and public auction of all types of real and personal property. Prior to his employment with CMA, Mr. Klaus worked in the Special Asset Department of several major California banks and was responsible for a commercial loan portfolio, which exceeded $20 million.
D. James Palmer
Mr. Palmer is the Estates Manager and Business Development Manager for the Adjustment Bureau at CMA’s Northern California office in San Leandro. He is responsible for administering out-of-court workout programs and managing the liquidation of corporate assets through general assignments for the benefit of creditors. He serves as a communications liaison between attorneys, consultants and banks and oversees the disbursement of funds to creditors. Mr. Palmer joined CMA after spending more that 30 years in the insurance industry holding various positions in Claims, Underwriting, Sales and Management.
